5 Branches of the Military
A coin for each branch of the military. Must fulfil the basic requirements for the fitness military branches fitness test. For the coin challenge you do not have to complete the requirements without a break (i.e. for the Army 20 pushups requirements you can do 2 sets of 10 pushups but in 2 minutes)

• Army: 2 minutes to do 20 push ups, 2 minutes of plank, 2 mile run
• Navy: 1.5 miles run or 15 minute swim, 15 push ups, 1.5 minute plank
• Airforce: 1.5 miles run, 15 push ups, 1.5 minute plank
• Marines: 3 mile run, 3 minute plank, 30 pushups or 3 pull ups
• Coastguard: 1.5 miles run or 15 minute swim, 15 push ups, 1.5 minute plank
