Honoring our special forces in the military. This Challenge not only requires completing a triathlon, but also

Difficulty level: Hard
Challenge Requirements:
o Wear your most patriotic gear when completing this challenge
o Must post picture or video on social media with hashtag #pspsworkoutforacause
o Must officially Complete the Murph Challenge (1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run). www.themurphchallenge.com
AND
o Must Complete at least a sprint triathlon - 3 events one after the other: 1/2 mile swim (750m), 12.5 mile bike (20k), and 3 mile run (5k). Can be an official race or on your own.
Can exchange any of the sprint events for:
elliptical 6 mile (10k)
Rowing 3 mile (5k)
Jump rope 10 minutes
42 push ups, 52 sit ups, 8 pull ups (requirement on the Navy seal fitness test)
